MONTANDON — T-Ross Brothers Construction Inc. is proud to welcome our newest team member, Vanessa Smoley, to our staff.  Smoley was hired as Executive Assistant and started this week.  Smoley will provide support to the President of the company, Todd Ross.  She will also manage the daily office operations, supervise administrative staff, assist with the coordination of company events and assist our project managers as needed.  Smoley has a strong background in the industry, in both commercial and residential construction.
